Meals can be provided for exclusive guests in our LAPA area where the relaxed atmosphere allows everyone a view of the campfire while they share stories of the day. Great South African wines, beers and soft drinks are available at the LAPA.
A fully self-catering facility is also available.
Non-hunters can enjoy a relaxing time going on walks in the veld and enjoying the quietness of nature.
The LAPA offers a splash pool in which to relax after the day’s adventure or walk in nature.
There is also a children’s playground with a swings, see-saw and a trampoline.
The Wild Fig Lodge is ideal for family, church or other groups who want to experience nature and game viewing at its best within an hour or two from the hustle and bustle of the large cities. The tranquil setting is wonderful for recharging your batteries.

Bow Hunting
Embark on a journey of a lifetime and experience some of the best bow hunting experiences South-Africa, has to offer, close to the major metropolitan areas of Johannesburg and Tshwane.
Bow hunting can be undertaken throughout the year but we recommend the dry months from the end of May to the end of September. We hunt mainly from well-established hides around waterholes and seeding areas; we also do walk and stalk.
You will be accompanied at all times to ensure that you get that top quality hunt or trophy. Your hunt will be exclusive, unhurried and customised to your personal requirements. Hunt in the malaria-free and game-rich Limpopo region of South Africa. Enjoy our luxury lodge accommodation and feast on authentic South African cuisine. Non-hunter members of your group will have a great time too, with lots to see and do in this exciting region. We look forward to sharing the magic of South-Africa with you.
