Welcome to Kareespruit Game Lodge.

Situated in the beautiful Northern Cape province of South Africa, this family owned game farm offers amazing game viewing and bird watching, as well as superior hunting opportunities.

Kareespruit Game Lodge is a mere two hour drive from Kimberley, as well as Upington Airports. The up and coming town of Postmasburg is a 30 kilometre drive away. Postmasburg and the surrounding area has been known for its mineral deposits since early days, and has recently become an exciting bustling town, with an array of different communities working at the nearby Sishen, Kumba and Beeshoek mines.

A large variety of wildlife and interesting birds can be found at Kareespruit Game Lodge. For a complete list of animal species on the farm, please go to our wildlife page. There are waterholes with viewing posts situated all over the farm. From a high vantage point, you will be ideally situated to view the game, and fall in love with the unbelievable sunsets. At Kareespruit you will be right in the middle of the wildlife, where it is possible to get magnificent photos.

Waterholes can also be found close to the main lodge, where it is possible to enjoy viewing tame animals such as Springbok, Kudu, Nyala and Giraffe from the comfort of the verandah.

The above prices include the use of hunting vehicle, Professional Hunter services, ice, wood, as well as cleaning service.

Accommodation

The Lodge comprises of 5 comfortable bedrooms sleeping 14, 4 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for self catering use. Make use of the outdoor braai facilities, fire pit, or under cover gas braai. A spacious thatch roof lapa houses a bar, lounge area, and enormous fireplace for those cold winter evenings.
