Tarentaalrand Safari Lodge is situated on the border of the Free State and Northern Cape provinces, in the Malaria-free Kalahari Thorn veldt of South Africa.
Our thatched chalets accommodate 6 people – 4 beds on the top floor and 2 beds downstairs. The chalets are all air conditioned. Chalets all have a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and private braai facilities.
We provide bedding, bathroom towels (bring your own swimming towel!) and a hairdryer (220 volt electricity is used).
All visitors are welcome to make use of the other facilities available such as the swimming pool, TV room, Bar, Pool table etc.

Rifle caliber: Small wild: 243 and up. Large wild: 270 and up
During your hunt we shall expertly field dress your trophy to perfection in our exclusive facilities. After this they will be sent to a South African taxidermist of our choice for dipping and shipping and/or stuffing.
Our hunting season lasts all year round although it peaks in the winter months – March to September. You can expect shooting distances varying from only 30 meters to up to 250 meters.
