Bird watching: Kuilput has a wide variety vegetation and topography and create a desired environment for different bird species. There are 3 dedicated water hides available to view the birds and animals near the water holes.
Cycling & jogging/walking: Enjoy our quiet country paths what by the wilds camp turn when you are cycling or walking. For a bigger challenge with a beautiful view as a reward can you climb into the mountain at the main camp and the nature beauty enjoy from above with large numbers of wild in the plains under your feet.
Clay pigeon & target shooting: Try something new or test your skills on the shooting range with our clay pigeon throwing and 500m shooting range. Guns and clay are provided. No prior experience is required.
Swimming in a gorge dam: Enjoy the nature around you while you on the dam bank barbeque and swimming.
Hunting rules and disclaimers:
Hunters & visitors enter the farm and hunting grounds at their own risk.
Clients are responsible for any breakage of the property of Kuilput Safaris during their visit.
Hunters’ skills and equipment must be tested on the game range before they go hunting.
Firearms may not under any circumstances be loaded at the main lodge or chalets during transport on the vehicle.
The use of a safety clip to avoid preceding is not allowed.
Trophy buck is determined by the PH in the fields. There will be a discussion before the hunt is discuss any eliminate ambiguities regarding trophy and non-trophy animals.
PH must be informed witch specific animal is being shot at. If the client shoots the wrong buck or a different buck than the one designated, he will be held responsible for paying the buck at its price should it differ from the buck designated.
Injured goats are fully payable. The decision whether the shot was hit, or miss will be determined by PH. If injured game must be searched, an additional fee of R200.00 per hour is charged for searching for the injured game after the first hour after the shot.
No shooting with .22 or air rifles is allowed around the main lodge and chalets – shooting is only allowed on the shooting range.
No birds or other small animals may be shot.
No animals may be shot while the animals are drinking water.
No persons on foot or vehicles allowed in the veld without permission.
Smokers may not throw cigarette butts into the field. Efforts must be made at all times to prevent wildfires.
No people are allowed to smoke in the main lodge or chalets.
No strong alcohol while hunting.
All equipment is used at your own risk.
Your firearms licenses must be in order.
Kuilput Safaris accepts no responsibility for carcasses, capes or skins after they leave the farm.
Tips for guide, tracker and butchers must please be handed over to the owner who will then justify it for sharing.
Provide you own meat bags/tarpaulins/body bags to transport meat/heads/horns.
If you experience any problems during the hunt, PH must be notified immediately so that the problem can be resolved. If no complaints or feedback are notified, it is assumed that you enjoyed the hunt and were satisfied with the service provided.

The full account of the entire group must be settled in full before any client can leave the farm. EFT payments must be made available immediately.
